CHALLENGE

VidCon is the world’s largest event for fans, Creators, executives, and brands who are passionate about online video and building diverse communities. For the first time ever, Meta brands, including Instagram and Facebook, activated collective

SOLUTION

For two consecutive years, helped activate major experiences throughout the duration of VidCon. In 2022, focusing primarily on the execution of the ACC Lounge, while assisting with concept development, Art Direction and install for all four activations. In 2023, we reduced our footprint and elevated our impact with the Instagram Featured Creators Lounge and Night Out party.

VidCon 2023

At VidCon 2023, we brought to life a new iteration of the Instagram Featured Creators Lounge inspired by global night markets and swap meets to tap into the unique subcultures of creators. Energized by the idea of “more-core,” we celebrated an eclectic mix of trendy digital niches in a physical space. Graphic language was inspired by the idea of sludge content, or the interesting juxtaposition of seemingly unrelated content. The week ended with a massive Instagram Night Out party with thousands of influencers and an unforgettable performance by the iconic Coi Leray.

VidCon 2022

At VidCon 2022, we crafted four immersive activations for Instagram. The Meta Creators Lounge at the Anaheim Convention Center was a playground for content capture with vignettes focused on Reels content. The Featured Creators Meta meadow explored otherworldly environments and created magical content for their feeds. The pool and our Night Out club served as the perfect atmosphere to party and celebrate all that the Creators accomplished in 2022, with an exclusive and unforgettable performance from Latto.
